CHANDLER, Ariz. - Here’s a feel-good story which should make everyone desire to stand up and cheer. Or, in addition to this dance.

Chris James, an individual trainer who owns Vimtrim in Chandler, Ariz., helped an elderly client reach a special goal recently using a 3G Cardio Vibration Training machine.

Irene, a homeowner of Gilbert, Ariz., was able to not only stand up at her 100th party in December, 2015 and also then enjoyed a celebratory dance with her trainer.

“Irene hired me when she was 99,” Chris explained. “Her goal ended up being be able to stand up by her 100th house party.

“I trained her for around four months. I was nervous at first, quite frankly. She was 99 and pretty unsteady when I started working with her.”

“At 99 years old, I was limited to a wheelchair,” said Irene, a homeowner of Gilbert, Arizona. “Chris James at Vimtrim, along with the use of the (3G Cardio) vibration machine, are making it possible for me at A century old to use a walker to steer around my neighborhood.”

During two sessions a week for 10 minutes apiece, Chris had Irene exercise with a 3G Cardio 3.0 Vibration Machine because he closely spotted her. The vibrations, even in an extremely low setting, helped her calves and core strengthen over time. She performed basic exercises such as squats and calf raises as Chris spotted her.

“At 99 years, I was limited to a wheelchair,” Irene said. “Chris James at Vimtrim, along with the use of the (3G Cardio) vibration machine, made it possible for me at Century old to use a walker just to walk around my neighborhood.”

A lot more people every day are checking out accelerated vibration training for great fitness and health results. 3G Cardio is probably the leading brands on the planet for these incredible machines which are used by everyone from pro athletes, to rehab patients and, yes, even 100-year-olds.

A recently available “Men’s Journal” article really shined a confident spotlight on vibration training and explained the ins and outs. Vibration machines produce G-forces that cause the muscles to reply to the instability and contract countless times per minute while someone exercises on the platform.

It's wise a workout that’s easier on your own joints and ligaments than traditional weight training, but one that forces the body to become leaner to handle the constant force.

“Simulated G-forces will also help build bone density, boost circulation, and improve balance,” the Men’s Journal article reported, adding that vibration platforms in addition have proven effective in helping people with osteoporosis and muscular disorders.

“Irene loved the 3G Cardio machine,” Chris said. “She couldn’t wait in working order. About two weeks before her party, she have got to the point where she could stand - and not simply stand, but operate from a seated position repeatedly 100 percent without assistance.”

Chris made Irene an enjoyable promise early on throughout a training session.

“I told her, ‘If you’re able to stand up, I’ll dance along at your 100th house party,’” Chris said. “I visited the party and danced with her in front of all her friends and family. It was a great moment. There’s videos of it.”

Irene deserves a lot of credit for achieving this amazing goal.

Chris also made certain to praise 3G Cardio’s top-ranked, award-winning vibration machines, that happen to be an important part of his own workouts and programs for clients of almost all ages.

“I truly like the 3G Cardio Vibration Machines, specifically for people with a limited flexibility, or who want to isolate certain muscle tissues,” Chris said. “It supplies a great way to stimulate the muscles for a number of people who ordinarily wouldn’t be capable of.”
